Deputy Technical Director

The company “WAELCON” is hiring a Deputy Technical Director.

The Deputy Technical Director is responsible for the organization and execution of the construction work of the company.

The main responsibilities of the Deputy Technical Director are:

• Project management at the design stage
• Organization of meetings with clients, discussion of technical tasks
• Participation in the preparation of engineering and construction estimates (terms of reference) with the chief engineer and employees of the supply department.
• Organization of supervisors’ work (including direct participation at the construction site)

Required knowledge and qualifications

• Education (at least a master’s degree) in a technical or engineering field.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in the following areas: electrical, interior, architectural and area lighting, water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), fountain systems, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian, knowledge of English is desirable.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of Asto CAD software.
• Driving license /BC/ Skills and abilities
