“Cultural Center / Kindergarten named after John and Hasmik Mkrtichyan” was opened in Areni village of Areni community on September 4. “WAELCON” company received a GRADUATION letter from the head of Areni community of Vayots Dzor region RA for proper implementation of the construction works.
Our company acted as a General Contractor within the framework of construction and, within its authority, carried out construction work, supplied goods and materials, provided services, provided the necessary construction equipment and machinery or equipment with the involvement of its own workforce and special equipment within its authority.

The specialists-representatives of “WAELCON” LLC once again held an open class at one of the leading universities of Armenia – the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, in cooperation with associate professors N. Egnatosyan and S. Egnatosyan of the Chair of “Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation”.
Various professional discussions were held with the students, later, for those students who would like to combine study with work, the conditions offered by “WAELCON” organization were presented.

Every year in October, Armenian winemakers and thousands of visitors gather in the village of Areni, Vayots Dzor region, to celebrate the Pan-Armenian Wine Festival. This year, the staff of our Company alongside with “TUFENKIAN HOSPITALITY” LLC also took part in the celebration, organizing a beautiful event-exhibition, during which the visitors got acquainted with the activities of our Company and witnessed the ongoing construction works of the Hotel Complex.
It is already five years that Fountain compositions have been giving aesthetic pleasure to the residents and visitors of Kapan city with their uninterrupted work. The operation of fountains requires a meticulous approach and regular service.
The Service Center of “WAELCON” LLC once again carried out the improvement and service work of the Fountain system of Kapan Central Square.

• Special treatment and chemical cleaning works with special tools and liquids of the equipment integrated in the fountain system, including stainless steel drainage system, pumps, fittings, luminaires, water level indicators and pool coverings

• Surface preparation works for painting: grinding, polishing, covering with a primer layer in the necessary places

• Testing, programming and adaptation of electrical equipment of the general system
